Tax season in Canada is almost over

For most people, April is the final month to file your taxes, and the deadline is usually April 30. If you’re self-employed, you may have until June to file, but any money owed still has to be paid by April 30.

Filing your taxes is important it can mean getting money back through refunds and benefits, or simply staying on the right side of the government and avoiding penalties later.
