Immigration
Saskatchewan International Healthcare Worker EOI – Simple Guide

Saskatchewan urgently needs healthcare workers, and this pathway can help you connect with employers if you follow the right steps.
STEP 1: Check Your Eligibility
You should:
▪︎Be trained or experienced in a healthcare role
▪︎Have relevant education and work experience
▪︎Be willing to live and work in Saskatchewan
▪︎Be ready to meet licensing requirements for regulated jobs
This stage is NOT immigration, it’s only an Expression of Interest (EOI).
STEP 2: Create Your EOI Profile
On the Saskatchewan government website, you’ll submit details about:
▪ Your education
▪ Healthcare work experience
▪ Occupation
This places you in Saskatchewan’s healthcare talent pool.
Submitting an EOI is free and does not guarantee a job or nomination.
STEP 3: Employer Review and Job Offer.
Healthcare employers can view EOI profiles.
If interested, they may contact you directly.
No contact = no job offer yet.
STEP 4: Apply for SINP (Health Talent Pathway)
Once you have:
▪︎A valid healthcare job offer
▪︎A Job Approval Letter from the employer
You can then apply for SINP nomination under the Health Talent Pathway.
STEP 5: Permanent Residence
If nominated:
●Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence
●After approval, move and work in Saskatchewan
