OTTAWA FREE TRANSPORTATION WEEKEND

Thinking about giving OC Transpo a try? This might be the weekend to do it.

OC Transpo will be FREE across the system on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026. That includes buses, the O-Train and Para Transpo.

The free-transit weekend is part of Ottawa’s 200th anniversary celebrations, with events happening across the city, including the Ottawa 200 Block Party and Nuit Blanche.

Would a FREE weekend be enough to bring you back to OC Transpo?

Ottawa, what do you think? Would you be taking transit that weekend?
