Quebec provincial police have reportedly dismantled a counterfeit document laboratory in Montreal, uncovering what investigators described as a major fake document operation.

Authorities say they seized over 250 items linked to the production of fraudulent documents, including passport materials, bank card templates, printers, laminators, and other specialized equipment. Three vehicles were also seized.

Police allege the operation was capable of producing fake passports from countries including Canada, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Italy, along with fake driver’s licences, health cards, and other official documents.
