Indian MMA Fighter Chasing UFC Dream Tragically Killeld In Bear Attack In Canada

A heartbreaking tragedy has shaken both Canada and India after 27 year old MMA fighter Hrishikesh Koluth reportedly lost his life in a rare black bear attack in northern Saskatchewan.
Hrishikesh moved from India to Canada three years ago with one dream to make it to the UFC. According to his family, he spent more than 10 years training tirelessly in mixed martial arts and was preparing to begin a new chapter as a boxing coach in Vancouver.
He was working at a remote uranium exploration site when the attack happened.
Described by his brother as “a fighter and a dreamer,” Hrishikesh was known for his fearless spirit, discipline, and determination to succeed no matter the obstacles.
The tragic incident is believed to be only the fourth fatal bear attack ever recorded in Saskatchewan’s history.
From chasing greatness inside the cage to building a future abroad, his journey has now ended in the most devastating way.
May his soul rest in peace.
