The Trump administration has offered certain Haitian migrants whose Temporary Protected Status is ending a $1,000 “exit bonus” and a government-funded flight if they voluntarily leave the United States and return to Haiti. Those who remain without another legal basis to stay could face immigration enforcement and removal.

For someone who has built a life in America, would $1,000 and a free flight be enough to voluntarily leave, or would you choose to remain and pursue any available legal option to stay?
