Canada Stands in Mourning, Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia Shooting

Following the tragic events in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, Canada’s flag on the Peace Tower and on all federal government buildings will be flown at half-mast for seven days.

This is more than a symbol. It is a moment of national reflection. A time to pause. A time to grieve with the families, friends, and the entire community affected. When one community hurts, the whole country feels it.

May the souls of the departed rest in peace, and may strength and comfort surround everyone impacted during this difficult time. Let’s keep Tumbler Ridge in our thoughts and prayers.
